Skands Brewery began in 2003 as one of Denmark's early microbreweries, built on a passion for great beer, craftsmanship and curiosity.

​

More than 20 years later, the Skands story continues.

​

With Skands – Food & Craft, they have taken the next step and opened their own restaurant on Axeltorv in the heart of Copenhagen – bringing the brewery, the beer and their love of Danish food together under one roof.

​

Here, their beers are no longer only something to enjoy in the glass. They are part of the entire experience – paired with the food, used in the kitchen and even finding their way into some of their cocktails.

​

Their kitchen takes inspiration from Danish food traditions: classic smørrebrød, familiar Danish dishes and seasonal Nordic ingredients, served in their own modern and relaxed way.

​

And because Danish traditions are about more than food, they also make our own schnapps – alongside carefully selected wines, cocktails, coffee and tea.
