Some offer a percentage off the bill, some a drink on the house, some something built around their quieter shifts. What they share is a decision to open their doors properly to the people who work in this industry, not as a marketing exercise but because they know what it means to finish a shift at midnight and have nowhere that feels like it's for you.

The business case is real, and our partners are clear-eyed about it. Hospitality workers fill the hours other guests don't — Sunday evenings, Monday nights, the dead stretch after lunch service. They order well, because they know what's worth ordering. They come back, because a good experience means more to someone who understands how hard it is to deliver one.
