1. Who we are

 

The KREDS app and platform are operated by Kreds ApS, CVR 46635922, Falkonervænget 15, 1. th, 1952 Frederiksberg C, Denmark ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@kreds.dk.

2. Accepting these terms

 

By creating an account you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use KREDS. You must be at least 18 years old to use KREDS because the service surfaces offers from licensed venues that may serve alcohol.

3. Two kinds of users

 

Members are hospitality industry professionals who receive access to discounts and events from partner venues.

 

Venues are businesses that list offers and events to KREDS members. Venue accounts are subject to admin approval before becoming active.

4. Your account

 

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the activity on your account. Tell us immediately at hello@kreds.dk if you suspect unauthorised access.

 

You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen.

5. Member verification

 

Membership requires proof of employment in the hospitality industry (e.g. a recent payslip). We review submissions manually and may refuse or revoke membership at our discretion. Fraudulent submissions will result in immediate termination and we reserve the right to recover any discounts improperly obtained.

6. Offers provided by venues

 

Offers are created and honoured by the individual venues, not by us. The venue is solely responsible for the accuracy and availability of each offer. We facilitate the listing only; we are not a party to the transaction between you and the venue.

 

Complaints about specific offers should be raised with the venue first. If you cannot resolve the issue, contact us at hello@kreds.dk.

7. Fees

 

No purchases are made in this app. The app does not sell memberships, subscriptions, credits or any other digital content, and it does not collect payment details.

 

Membership is arranged separately from the app. If your membership lapses or is withdrawn, your access to member offers ends, but the app itself remains free to install and to sign in to.

 

Some venue events are ticketed and cost money. Where that is the case, the price is shown on the event and the ticket is bought from the venue, on the venue's own website. Kreds does not sell the ticket, take the payment, or hold your card details, and any refund or change of booking is a matter between you and the venue.

 

Any commercial arrangement between KREDS and a partner venue is a business-to-business agreement made outside the app and is invoiced to the venue's registered CVR.

8. Prohibited use

 

You agree not to: share member-only offer details with non-members, lend your member card or member code to anyone else, claim offers you do not intend to use, post false or misleading content, scrape the platform, or attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits.

9. Intellectual property

 

The KREDS name, logo and software are ours. Venues retain ownership of content they upload (logos, photos, offer copy) and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the app while their listing is active.

10. Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by Danish law, our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

11. Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms or applicable law. You can terminate at any time by deleting your account.

12. Changes

 

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified in-app with a new version number. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law & disputes

 

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Denmark. Consumer users may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
